PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teapot not requiring a tea strainer or the like, and a teacup with which a user can drink tea by directly putting in tea leaves.;SOLUTION: A protrusion is provided under the teapot opening of the barrel part of the teapot or on the teacup, and a notch or a hole is provided in the protrusion to collect the tea leaves under the protrusion.
