PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage, by removal of a terminal of data, to the outside. PSOLUTION: A data security system includes a data management means which separates one file into a document information file and a text file and manages these files as a single item; performs an unreadable process to confidential information contained in the document information file; outputs the processed document information file; and restores the processed document information file into a readable file based on restoration information, as well as, a file sorting means which allocates unreadable file of a single item prior to processing to an outside storage as main data, and allocates the document information file or the processed document file to the terminal as local data.
