PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the simple, rapid and accurate measurement of hot-spot stress easy in the positioning and sticking for measuring hot-spot stress and enhanced in workability.;SOLUTION: A gauge pattern 2 consisting of a metal foil is formed on a gauge base 1 consisting of a film-like insulating member such as a synthetic resin having flexibility formed into a slightly elongated rectangle. The gauge pattern 2 has the first grid part 21 (GA) arranged at a first predetermined distance DA from one end LE in the longitudinal direction of the gauge base 1 and the gauge tabs 23a and 23b connected to both ends of the first grid part 21 and further has the second grid part 22 as the second gauge part GB arranged at a second predetermined distance DB longer than the first predetermined distance DA with respect to the longitudinal direction from one end LE in the longitudinal direction of the gauge base 1 and the gauge tabs 24a and 24b connected to both ends of the second grid part 22.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
