PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material for a body surface contact implement hardly causing uncomfortable feeling due to the displacement of the implement or steaming even using long time because fittedness to a body surface and air permeability are good and the body surface contact implement constituted of the composite material for the body surface contact implement. PSOLUTION: The composite material for the body surface contact implement is constituted of a fiber base material having a plurality of holes in the surface and a silicone resin layer formed on the same and having through holes facing the holes and has air permeability of 10 sec or less.
