PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide whether a change affects a precondition of a function or not when the function is changed, and to notify a developer about contents thereof to reduce confirmation work of the change contents of a function in the developer.;SOLUTION: A conditional expression derivation means 22 derives a conditional expression in an assertion from a source code of a function before the change, and derives a conditional expression in the assertion from a source code of the function after the change. A conditional expression comparison means 23 compares the conditional expression of the function before the change and the conditional expression of the function after the change, and decides whether the conditional expression changes or not. An electronic mail transmission means 4 notifies a terminal of a related person about a change state of the conditional expression that is a decision result of the conditional expression comparison means 23.
