PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raising and laying device capable of changing a dynamo for a bicycle over to a using state and an unused state by remote operation.;SOLUTION: A dynamo body 1 is fixed on a first shaft 2, the dynamo body 1 fixed on the first shaft 2 is energized in the inclining direction which is the unused state by a spring 3, and the dynamo body 1 is engaged with an unused position by an engaging rod 5 axially supported on a second shaft 2. The dynamo body 1 is revolved to a using position by springing force of the spring 3 by slightly revolving the engaging rod 5 against the springing force of the spring 3 energizing the dynamo body 1 by pushing out a wire 6 an operating end of which is arranged at a remote position of a handle, etc. Additionally, the dynamo body is engaged with the unused position by the engaging rod by revolving the dynamo body to the unused position from the using position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
