PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrophotographic photoreceptor in which a high definition image can be obtained for a long period of time by keeping extremely stable electric characteristics and high mechanical durability for a long period of time, and to provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor formed by the method.;SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an electrophotographic photoreceptor having at least a photosensitive layer and a surface protective layer on a conductive support includes steps of forming the surface protective layer by photo-setting at least a radical polymerizable compound and then bringing a supercritical fluid and/or a sub-critical fluid containing at least one kind of a compound having an alkyl amino group into contact with the surface protective layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
