A system for enhancing efficiency of the performance of multiple-factor experiment comprises a register, memory unit, unit of preoperational control, control input, outputs of the factor level values, and inputs of the variant number. The variant number inputs are connected to the first group of memory unit inputs which outputs are connected to the memory unit inputs, the memory unit outputs are connected to the outputs of the factor level values. The system it has a control unit, the information outputs, a converter and measuring unit, and the control unit is connected to the first control unit input, the first group of control unit outputs is connected to the second group of the memory unit inputs, the second group of control unit outputs is connected to information outputs, the memory unit outputs are connected to the converter inputs which outputs are connected to the first group of preoperational control unit inputs, the measuring unit is connected to the second group of the inputs of the preoperational control unit which inputs are connected to the second group of the control unit inputs.
