The present invention relates to a method for detecting nucleic acids using a nucleic acid enzyme/molecular beacon composite and a nucleic acid signal amplification method, and more particularly, to a method for detecting target nucleic acids using a composite of a nucleic acid enzyme having peroxidase activity and a molecular beacon having a hairpin structure, and the reaction of blocker nucleic acids and nucleic acid polymerase. The method for detecting nucleic acids according to the present invention enables target nucleic acids to be repeatedly used in the process of signal generation through color reaction using the strand displacement activity of nucleic acid polymerase, thus detecting target nucleic acids with high sensitivity, and therefore the method of the present invention may be applied to the detection of proteins and small molecules, as well as to the detection of nucleic acids.
