A standardized method for making Chinese food. According to the method: an information acquisition device acquires the identifying information of a Chinese dish and transmits the identifying information to a server; the server distributes the cooking process of the Chinese dish to an idle kitchen heating device, and prints a kitchen heating device distribution list including the kitchen heating device number, the dish name, a table number, manual ingredient provision steps, and the identifying information, so that the kitchen heating device operates in a corresponding operation mode; a container for making Chinese food is placed on the kitchen heating device according to the kitchen heating device number; ingredients are added into said container according to the manual ingredient provision steps to achieve standardized Chinese cooking; and, the dish is served to a specified table according to the table number after the cooking completes. The method ensures a uniform taste for each Chinese dish and standardizes cooking while lowering kitchen labor demand, conserving kitchen space, and decreasing labor cost.
