An inner pot assembly (10) for a hot-air baking oven (1) includes a container body (11), a rotatable sleeve (12), a driven shaft (13), a speed-reducing mechanism (14) and a stirring member (15). The bottom of the container body (11) has a shaft mount (114). The rotatable sleeve (12) penetrates the shaft mount (114) to be rotatable with respect to the shaft mount (114). The driven shaft (13) penetrates the rotatable sleeve (12) to be rotatable with respect to the rotatable sleeve (12). The speed-reducing mechanism (14) is fixed to the container body (11) and has a speed-reducing gear set (143) driven by the driven shaft (13) and driving the rotatable sleeve (12) to rotate. The stirring member (15) is connected to the rotatable sleeve (12) and received in the container body (11). The stirring member (15) is driven by the rotatable sleeve (12). The speed-reducing mechanism (14) drives the stirring member (15) to stir the food items received in the container body (11), so that the food items can be baked uniformly.
