TILTING DEVICE FOR AN AIR INJECTING NOZZLE OF AN ENGINE TEST FACILITY CAPABLE OF CONTROLLING THE ANGLE OF AN AIR INJECTING NOZZLE AROUND THE CENTER OF THE EXIT OF THE AIR INJECTING NOZZLE
PURPOSE: A tilting device for an air injecting nozzle of an engine test facility is provided to simulate a real flying environment with a simple construction and reduce the energy consumption of an actuator required for tilting.;CONSTITUTION: A tilting device for an air injecting nozzle of an engine test facility comprises a pair of circular support plates(130), a pair of circular rotating plates(120), and an actuator(110). The circular support plates have an arc shape and coupled to the upper and lower walls of the opening of a chamber(A) held in a test unit(B). The circular rotating plate is installed on the outer surface of the circular support plates. The circular rotating plate is ball-socket-sealed with each circular support plate to be closed. One end of each circular rotating plate is coupled to the upper and lower parts of an air injecting nozzle(100).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
