PURPOSE: An optical filter and a detector including the same are provided to establish a Fabry-Perot cavity in order to have a same transmission profile in any location within a filter and to offer the filter which is not sensitive about the change of an incidence angle of electromagnetism radiant rays in which a transmission response is determined in advance.;CONSTITUTION: The stack of at least one or more dielectrics or half conductive layers(64,66) are arranged between two layers which is partly reflexibility. An optical filter(60) filters electromagnetic radiation rays of a variable incident angle. A set of Fabry-Perot cavities is established as a predetermined wavelength. The Fabry-Perot cavities include at least two materials. An average refractive index of the dielectrics or half conductive layers is variable on a plane which is vertical to a direction of the stack.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
