PURPOSE: A washing separating device of a waste concrete gemstone is provided to reduce process costs by dehydrating washing water which remains in a foreign material which is separated from the waste concrete gemstone without a separate dehydration screen. CONSTITUTION: A water tub(200) of a key shape is located on the upper side of a frame(100). The water tub is elastically supported to be moved to up and down and right and left directions by a plurality of springs. The frame and water tub are connected by first and second links(121,122) to a 2 fold link system. A first connecting rod(124) is connected and installed to the first cam of a first cam-shaft(123) in which one end is connected to the first link and the other end is rotated. A slide bushing which is slid in a longitudinal direction is prepared in the first connecting rod. Vibration proof rubber which supports the first connecting rod is prepared in right and left sides of the slide bushing.
