PURPOSE: A cover device for preventing dredged materials from becoming scattered and dredging head apparatus(100) comprising the same are provided to minimize water pollution due to a dredging work by preventing floating dredged materials from becoming swept away or scattered. CONSTITUTION: A dredging head apparatus(100) comprising a cover device for preventing dredged materials from becoming scattered comprises a cutter(102), a motor(103), a suction pipe(104), and a cover device(1) for preventing dredged materials from becoming scattered. The cutter is installed on the leading end of a ladder(101) and rotates to stir the floor of river. The motor rotates the cutter. The cover device comprises a cover(11) and a switch device. The cover is arranged on the outside of the cutter at an interval and covers the opposite side to the horizontal moving direction of the cutter. The switch device switches the position of the cover so that the cover is located on the opposite side to the horizontal moving direction of the cutter.
