PURPOSE: A marker for diagnosing colon cancer and a kit for diagnosing colon cancer using the same are provided to specifically enhance expression in colon cancer cells. CONSTITUTION: A marker for diagnosing colon cancer contains overexpressing genes. A microarray for diagnosing colon cancer contains an oligonucleotide having an entire or partial FLJ14346, CDK4, CASP2, FKBP4, TBL3, GTF3C2, NOL5A, COCH, C1orf43, or PTDSS1 gene or complementary oligonucleotide thereof. A method for detecting the marker gene for diagnosing colon cancer comprises: a step of detecting the expression level of FLJ14346, CDK4, CASP2, FKBP4, TBL3, GTF3C2, NOL5A, COCH, C1orf43 or PTDSS1; and a step of selecting an individual of which an expression level is higher than the expression level of a healthly person. A kit for diagnosing colon cancer comprises a sensor for amplifying FLJ14346, CDK4, and CASP2.
