CONCRETE MODULAR PANELS FOR RIGID PAVING AND FAST CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PURPOSE: A concrete modular panel for the rigid pavement and a quick construction method using the same are provided to open a road without the interference of the traffic flow by construction a road without the using of asystole mortar. CONSTITUTION: A quick construction method comprises the following steps. A pedestal is formed in order to hold a conic pile(2) in an in-situ ground(30). The cone pile is hang in a placing part and the soil is up filled. A cross beam(4) is settled on the cone pile. By using the rubble and sand, a cross beam which is settled on the cone pile is finished with the same height as the cross beam. A panel(1) is set-up on the cross beam. The panel and cross beam are coupled and the panel surface is hermetically sealed to a packing(1e). A sealer is injected in a joint(15) between the installed panels.
