PURPOSE: A method and a circuit for detecting X-rays having a specified energy band detecting function and an X-ray sensor using the same are providd to detect an X-ray having an energy band that a user wants.;CONSTITUTION: A circuit for detecting X-rays having a specified energy band detecting function comprises an amplification unit(12), a comparison unit(13), a band determination unit(14), and a counter unit(15). The amplification unit converts the quantity of electric charge generated from a photodiode into a voltage output signal and outputs the voltage output signal. The comparison unit compares the outputted signal with N reference voltages and outputs N comparison signals. When the comparison signals are satisfied with a determination condition set for detecting an X-ray having a specified energy band, the band determination unit activates a pulse output signal. The counter unit calculates the quantity of pulses of the pulse output signal and outputs the calculated data.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
