PURPOSE: A device surface mounting manufacturing process and a device mounting system and a feeder are provided to eliminate the necessity to pack a device in advance by directly supplying a bulk type device to device surface mounting equipment.;CONSTITUTION: A disk vibration supplying module(11) comprises a loop type oscillation conveyor belt(111) and a first selection unit(112). The loop type oscillation conveyor belt comprises a circular vibration output terminal(1111) which is connected with a straight line vibration supplying module(12). The straight line vibration supplying module comprises a straight line vibration conveyor belt(121). One end of the straight line vibration conveyor belt is connected to the circular vibration output terminal of the loop type oscillation conveyor belt. A collection module(13) comprises a collection chamber and a guide channel. The collection chamber is installed in the lower side of the disk vibration supplying module.
