PURPOSE: A method for preparing a recombinant protein using FolA(dihydrofolate reductase) is provided to maintain structural stability of a target protein.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a recombinant protein comprises: a step of preparing an expression vector containing dihydrofolate reductase(FolA) gene and a gene of a foreign protein; a step of introducing the expression vector to a host cell to prepare a transformant; and a step of culturing the transformant to induce expression of the recombinant protein. The FolA is denoted by sequence number 1. The foreign protein has biological activity of an antigen, antibody, cell receptor, enzyme, structural protein, serum, or cellular protein.
