PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling emotion of driver is provided to calculate the discomfort index of drivers, and to outputting audio data and video data corresponding to the discomfort index, thereby reliving the emotion.;CONSTITUTION: A device and a method for controlling emotion of driver comprise a saving part(10), a discomfort index output part, and a controlling part(30). A saving part saves audio data and video data corresponding to the discomfort index. The discomfort index output part calculates the discomfort index of drivers by using the dry-bulb temperature and the wet-bulb temperature of a vehicle inside. The controlling part reads the audio data and the video data from the saving part. The discomfort index output part comprises a dry-bulb temperature measuring device(21), a wet-bulb temperature measuring device(22), and the calculator of discomfort index(23).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
