摘要

PURPOSE: A light emitting diode chip structure for an alternating current is provided to prevent disconnection and short circuit by connecting a p-electrode and an n-electrode of light emitting cells which are adjacent as a common electrode.;CONSTITUTION: A metal wire electrically connects a p-electrode and an n-electrode of light emitting cells consisting of a first array and a second array. The adjacent light emitting cells of the second array and the first array comprise a p-type bonding part and an n-type bonding part which is serially connected with same polarity to a reverse direction and is physically welded. Each light emitting cell of the second array is arranged to an opposite direction in a location coping with each light emitting cell of the first array. The metal wire forms a common electrode by electrically interlinking a p-type bonding part(120a) of the first array and an n-type bonding part(140b) of the second array, an n-type bonding part(140a) of the first array and a p-type bonding part(120b) of the second array.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
