PURPOSE: A pine-needle antibacterial vermiculite tile is provided to maximize the action of the vermiculite by using expanded vermiculite as a main component and the antibiosis and fragrance of pine needles by adding fine pine needle powder.;CONSTITUTION: A pine-needle antibacterial vermiculite tile(1) comprises a rear portion(3), a side part(4), and a surface part(2). The rear portion includes a 8-9:1 weight ratio of expanded vermiculite granules and halogen free aqueous emulsion. The surface part includes 8.5:1:0.5 weight ratio of opposite expanded vermiculite, halogen free aqueous emulsion, and edible pine needle powder. A manufacturing method of the pine needle antibiotic vermiculite tile comprises the following steps: mixing 50-55 parts by weight% of fine-particle expanded vermiculite, 25-30 parts by weight% of coarse-particle expanded vermiculite, and 10-20 parts by weight% of halogen free aqueous emulsion, and 5 parts by weight% of natural edible pine needle powder; compressing the mixture with a 300deg.C molding frame; and molding into a 6mm thick tile.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
