PURPOSE: An electromagnetic wave surface current meter for measuring a deflection angle is provided to measure surface current speed of a position in which the deflection angle is generated by measuring surface current speed at a point parallel to a water flow direction.;CONSTITUTION: A voltage controlled oscillator(21) outputs electromagnetic waves with deformed frequencies of a low frequency band inside of a main body. An attenuator(22) controls a frequency level of a transmission wave outputted through the voltage controlled oscillator. A high power amplifier(23) amplifies the transmission wave with high power and transfers the amplified transmission wave to an antenna. A mixer(25) eliminates noise by mixing transmission waves supplied from the voltage controlled oscillator through a separator(24) and received waves transmitted by the antenna. An intermediate frequency amplifier(60) amplifies the received waves in which the noise is eliminated through the mixer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
