The upper sides of supporting pillar are vertically stood and are exposed to the surface in sea. Floating vessel is a float element and including centre feed hole. Supporting pillar is inserted into centre feed hole. Fishing bank structure is installed in the bottom in sea, is stuck in its supporting pillar. Floating vessel is increased along supporting pillar.
