PURPOSE: An artificial fishing island with a marine farm for fishes is provided to prevent the damages of fishes due to strong wind or waves by submerging or raising a floating vessel based on the surface of sea. CONSTITUTION: An artificial fishing island with a marine farm includes a plurality of supporting pillars(10), a floating vessel(20), a fish reef structure(30), and an elevating unit(40). The upper sides of the supporting pillars are perpendicularly stood and are exposed to the surface of sea. The floating vessel is a floating element and includes guiding holes. The supporting pillars are inserted into the guiding holes. The fish reef structure is installed at the bottom of the sea at which the supporting pillars are stuck. The floating vessel elevates along the supporting pillars.
