PURPOSE: A method for making traditional fermented liquor is provided to obtain the liquor without bitter taste or disgusting feel. CONSTITUTION: A method for making traditional fermented liquor comprises: a step of mixing loess, kaolin, and illite and burning the mixture to prepare an inorganic ceramic container; a step of mixing 30-50 wt% of steamed rice for brewage, 10-20 wt% of nuruk, 3-5 wt% of bamboo vinegar in the ceramic container; and a step of maturing/fermenting the mixture for 7+/-2 days. An apparatus for preparing far-infrared ray functional water comprises: a main body(70), a lid(71), prefilter(10) and sub-filter(20).
