PURPOSE: An inkjet printer head and a driving device thereof is provided to use electrode outputting low voltage, thereby reducing manufacturing cost of a driving device, and to normally drive a piezoelectric device by applying voltage 1/2 times to driving voltage.;CONSTITUTION: An inkjet printer head and a driving device thereof comprises a plurality of piezoelectric elements(112a-112n), a plurality of first electrodes(114a-114n), and second electrodes(116). The plurality of first electrodes applies first voltage to each piezoelectric device. The plurality of second electrodes applies second voltage to each piezoelectric device. The second voltage has same intensity with the first voltage, and opposite polarity to the first voltage. The second electrodes are common electrodes to the plurality of piezoelectric devices.
