PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of ultrafine composite metal oxide powder is provided to lower a reaction temperature or omitting a processing step by using an organic colloid.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of ultrafine composite metal oxide powder comprises the following steps: preparing more than 2 single colloidal solutions by respectively dissolving more than 2 types of precursors which are selected from tin(Sn), zinc(Zn), gadolinium(Gd), and aluminum(Al) in organic solvents; preparing complex single colloidal solution by mixing the single colloidal solution; stirring the complex colloidal solution until the organic solvents evaporate; preparing a gelled complex metallic compound; and heating the galled complex metallic compound. The precursor of metal is in a chelated form of the metal with organic compound. The organic compound is at least one of the following acids: acetate, acetylacetonate, oxalate, and acid induced from thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
