PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing ultrafine composite metal oxide powder is provided to prepare environment-friendly composite metal oxide powder by blocking use of environmentally toxic materials and to reduce manufacturing time using organic compound colloid.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing ultrafine composite metal oxide powder comprises the steps of: dissolving different metal precursors in an organic solvent to prepare 2 or more single colloidal solution; mixing the single colloidal solution to prepare a composite colloidal solution; and stirring the composite colloidal solution until the organic solvent is evaporated to prepare a gelled complex metallic compound; and heating the gelled complex metallic compound.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
