PURPOSE: A bait mover is provided to control power by using only fishing line without a wireless controller or a wire controller. CONSTITUTION: A bait mover comprises a container(110), an operating switch(120), a fishing line locking part(130), a dry cell(140), and a propulsion motor(150). The container comprises a waterproofing receiving space and a pipe for passing fishing line. The operating switch comprises a first switch and a second switch. The fishing line locking part fixes and releases the fishing line. The dry cell operates the propulsion motor or a release motor. The propulsion motor transfers the container by rotating the screw connected to a shaft.
