PURPOSE: A producing method of a functional health food using rhynchosia nulubilis and onion is provided to ferment the rhynchosia nulubilis to provide amino acids, vitamins, anticancer compounds, and enzymes to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a functional health food using rhynchosia nulubilis and onion comprises the following steps: fermenting rhynchosia nulubilis, and drying the fermented rhynchosia nulubilis; boiling onions with water to obtain onion juice; inserting the fermented rhynchosia nulubilis into the onion juice; germinating black soybeans before drying in the shade to obtain glycine semen germinatum; mixing ganoderma lucidum, eriobotrya japonica seeds, glycyrrhizae radix, and other medical herbs, and boiling the mixture with water for 6-8 hours at medium heat to obtain a medical herb extract; adding the glycine semen germinatum into the medical herb extract, and aging the mixture for 20-30 hours; mixing the aged Glycine semen germinatum with the fermented Rhynchosia nulubilis which has absorbed the onion juice; steaming and drying the mixture, and repeating the steaming and drying process more than 3 times; and crushing the dried mixture before molding into pills using honey.
