PURPOSE: A system and a method for preventing mixing fuel of a self lubricator are provided to easily approach after checking a lubricator position by indicating a fueling standby state after allocating the lubricator for fueling while simultaneously grasping types of fuels of a vehicle entering in a self gas station.;CONSTITUTION: A system for preventing mixing fuel of a self lubricator comprises a transmitting part(3), a receiving part(5), a carrying part(7), a control part(9), an indicating part(11), and a fueling switch(13). The transmitting part sends information about types of fuels to automatically select the types of fuels used to a vehicle. The receiving part is attached to a lubricator(20). If the receiving part receives the types of fuels, the carrying part sends carrying signals for asking to stop sending the information about the types of fuels to the transmitting part in order to temporarily stop sending the information about the types of fuels until a relevant refueling session is finished and a vehicle(10) is separated from the lubricator. The control part is on standby fueling that is matched with the information about the types of the fuels received in the receiving part. The indicating part informs a driver that the fuel sorted according to commands of the control part is on standby fueling. In order to start injection of the fuel being on standby fueling, the fueling switch is mounted on the outside of the lubricator to be operated by the driver.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
