PURPOSE: A fan motor assembly device of a wheel loader is provided to prevent damage or contamination of the parts of a fan motor because the motor is conveniently mounted and assembled to a reversible frame so that the parts of the fan motor cannot be put on the floor.;CONSTITUTION: A fan motor assembly device of a wheel loader comprises a base(100), pillars(110), a frame(200), linear motion guides(210), one or more mounting blocks(220), movable columns, holding units of a fixed side(230), holding units of a movable side(330), and a reversing mechanism(400). The center parts in both sides of the frame are rotatably installed in both side pillars by a shaft(120). The mounting blocks are slidingly coupled to the linear motion guides. An upper flange(12) of a shroud(10) of the fan motor is fixed in the mounting blocks. The upper and lower ends of the movable columns are slidingly coupled to the linear motion guide on the right side of the mounting blocks. The movable columns move closed to or separately from a left frame(201) of the frame. The holding units of a fixed side and the holding units of a movable side hold and fix one side flange of the shroud and an opposite side flange(13a).
