PURPOSE: A shield tunnel segment structure using a pre-stressed steel wire and a segment lining system of a shield tunnel using the same are provided to stabilize the structure of a segment ring assembly by preventing mortar injected into a protection cover form from flowing down in a gravity direction. CONSTITUTION: A shield tunnel segment structure using a pre-stressed steel wire is composed as follows.
