PURPOSE: A shield tunnel segment structure using a pre-stressed steel wire and a segment lining system of a shield tunnel using the same are provided to stabilize the structure of a segment ring assembly by preventing mortar injected into a protection cover form from flowing down in a gravity direction. CONSTITUTION: A shield tunnel segment structure using a pre-stressed steel wire is composed as follows. Steel wire fixing grooves(23) and stiffness reinforcing grooves are formed in the longitudinal direction of a segment. Turnbuckle grooves are formed in the arc direction of the segment. Main reinforcing bars are arranged on the stiffness reinforcing grooves. Steel wire holes(23a) are formed between the steel wire fixing grooves and the stiffness reinforcing grooves. Turnbuckle steel bars and main reinforcing bars are arranged on the turnbuckle grooves. Fixing holes for fixing a protection cover form(50) are formed on the main surfaces of the steel wire fixing grooves, the stiffness reinforcing grooves, and the turnbuckle grooves.
