PURPOSE: An exoskeleton device for assisting muscular power is provided to improve the productivity of an operator through expanding the application range of a muscular power assisting/reinforcing device through high degree of freedom.;CONSTITUTION: An exoskeleton device for assisting muscular power comprises a shoulder serial unit(100), an elbow serial unit(200), a wrist parallel unit(300), and a device connection unit(50). The shoulder serial unit comprises a back joint unit(101), a shoulder back and forth unit(109), a shoulder left and right unit(113), and link units(105, 107, 111). The shoulder serial unit is connected to the elbow serial unit. The elbow serial unit comprises a elbow joint part(203) and link units(201, 205). The links forms the upper and lower arms of the elbow serial unit. The wrist parallel unit supports the rotational motion of three degrees of freedom of a wrinkle of a wearer. The device connection unit supports the load of the shoulder serial unit, elbow serial unit, and wrist parallel unit by connecting a leg assisting mechanism, wheel chair, or a walking assist robot to the shoulder serial unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
