摘要

PURPOSE: A refractories abrasion extent measuring method using a 3D laser scan is provided to measure abrasion extent of refractories without damage to the refractories by deciding the abrasion extent of the refractories from information scanned a surface of the refractories.;CONSTITUTION: A refractories abrasion extent measuring method is as follows. Refractories are 3D scanned(S100). A volume of the refractories is calculated based on a 3D shape obtained by the 3D scanning(S110). Measurement density is calculated based on the calculated volume(S130). Refractories abrasion extent is calculated based on a difference of the measurement density and theory density of the refractories(S150).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
