PURPOSE: A method for enhancing gene transduction efficiency of spermatogonial stem cells under in vitro culture conditions is provided to study germline stem cells.;CONSTITUTION: A method for enhancing gene transduction efficiency into stem cells comprises a step of treating the stem cells with polycationic agent when introducing a gene into the stem cells through a lentiviral vector. The polycationic agent includes DOGS(dioctadecylamido glycylspermine) or polybrene(hexadimethrine bromide). The stem cells are spermatogonial stem cells. A composition for enhancing gene transduction efficiency of the lentiviral vector to a target cell contains the polycationic agent. The target cells are spermatogonial stem cells.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
