PURPOSE: A ramp signal generator, an A/D(Analog/Digital) converter with the same, and an image sensor are provided to reduce influences of noises due to power or a circuit layout.;CONSTITUTION: An integrator(210) generates a ramp signal. The integrator generates a reference voltage signal with a noise. The noise has the same feature as a noise added to the ramp signal. The integrator includes first and second devices.
