PURPOSE: A pre-founded H-shape steel column for top-down construction and a construction method using the same are provided to prevent the steel column from twisting when a casing is drawn out and to reduce the diameter of a borehole.;CONSTITUTION: A pre-founded H-shape steel column for top-down construction comprises an H-beam(10), a reinforcing plate(300), a shear pressure band(100), and a pair of steel frame jackets(200). The H-beam is composed of an upper flange(11), a lower flange, and a web(13). The web connects the upper and lower flanges to each other. The reinforcing plate is welded to the upper and lower flanges to be parallel with the web. The shear pressure band is attached on the edge of the H-beam. The steel frame jackets are placed on the top of the shear pressure band and press the edge of the H-beam.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
