TITANIUM BLACK DISPERSION COMPOSITION FOR FORMING LIGHT BLOCKING FILM AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME, BLACK RADIATION-SENSITIVE COMPOSITION, BLACK CURED FILM, SOLID-STATE IMAGING ELEMENT, AND METHOD OF PRODUCING BLACK CURED FILM
PURPOSE: A titanium black dispersion composition for a solid-state image taking device, a method for manufacturing the same, a black radiation-sensitive composition for the solid-state image taking device, a black cured film using the same, the solid-state image-taking device using the same are provided to suppress the generation of residues derived from radiation sensitive compositions. CONSTITUTION: A titanium black dispersion composition for a solid-state image taking device includes a material to be dispersed containing titanium black and silicon elements, a dispersing agent, and an organic solvent. Diameters of 90% or more of the material to be dispersed are in a range between 16 and 30nm. The mass ratio of the silicon elements and the titanium elements in the material to be dispersed is 0.20 to 0.50. A black radiation-sensitive composition for the solid-state image taking device includes the titanium black dispersion composition, a photo-polymerizable compound, and a photo-polymerization initiator. The photo-polymerizable compound is an oxime compound.
