PURPOSE: A complex biomarker for diagnosing lung cancer and a method for using biomarker information for diagnosing lung cancer are provided to enhance diagnosis efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a complex biomarker for predicting lung cancer diagnosis comprises: a step of consisting a biomarker complex candidate group having a first biomarker complex containing two or more biomarkers among A1AT, IGF-1, RANTES, and TTR; a step of comparing ability of predicting lung cancer of individual biomarker or biomarker combination candidates; and a step of selecting biomarker combination of which prediction ability is more than preset ability.
