PURPOSE: A FPC(Flexible Printed Circuitry) for a large scale integrated circuit is provided to prevent damage to the FPC passing through a hinge apparatus by using a buffer. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal(100) including a cellular phone, etc is connected to a FPC(80) in order to transmit a power source and a video signal, etc, from a mainboard of a main body part to a display panel of a display part. The FPC electrically connects the mainboard and the display panel through the hinge apparatus connecting the main body part and the display part. A flexible printed circuit board is formed by laminating an insulator polyimide film, a base film formed into a copper layer, and a coverlay. A desired circuit pattern is formed by etching the copper layer at high precision.
