PURPOSE: A business card exchange method based on a smart phone application and system thereof are provided to enable a user to effectively select exchange targets by selecting the exchange targets from a list. CONSTITUTION: A requester list is created and managed(S103). A requester list registration request message is received from a second smart phone when a first application is executed(S110). A requester list transmission request message is received from a first smart phone when the first application is executed(S120). The requester list for the first application is transmitted to the first smart phone(S126). A business card information exchange request message is received from the first smart phone(S132).
