PURPOSE: A flat plate pressing apparatus for a pile fabric is provided to ensure shape stability of a finished product and to attach a wick to the pile fabric with wide area. CONSTITUTION: A flat plate pressing apparatus for a pile fabric comprises: a working plate holder(4), a needle plate(6), a support, a first operation cylinder, and a press plate. The working plate holder is mounted at the upper side of a working desk main body. The needle plate is mounted to able to be inserted and taken out on the working plate holder. The support is connected with a lever of shaft disk by shaft. The press plate is formed at the bottom of the shaft disk.
