PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bicyclic phosphate which is used for a composite flame retardant and bicyclic phosphite organic flame retardant phosphate-based compound is provided to drastically enhance flame retardance by adding an organic flame retardant and various inorganic materials to an inorganic flame retardant.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of bicyclic phosphate which is used for a composite flame retardant and bicyclic phosphite organic flame retardant phosphate-based compound comprises the following steps: gradually adding phosphorus chloride oxide(POCl3) to a material having a functional group which has triol or greater functional group by using dioxane as a solvent; processing a reflux reaction by heating the materials; collecting hydrochloric acid gas by using nitrogen gas, potassium hydroxide and NaOH; obtaining products by washing the reactants using dioxane and n-hexane solvents after gradually cooling the reactants to the room temperature; and desiccating the products.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
