MANUFACTURING METHOD OF A FLAME-RETARDANT AROMATIC POLYCARBONATE RESIN CAPABLE OF REDUCING THE LOSS OF PHOSPHATE COMPOUNDS BY ADDING A DIPHOSPHATE-BASED PHOSPHATE-BASED COMPOUND, AND AN AROMATIC POLYCARBONATE RESIN
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a flame-retardant aromatic polycarbonate resin is provided to improve flame retardancy by adding small amount of a phosphoric based compound, and to improve transparency by minimizing heat history number of the resin.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a flame-retardant aromatic polycarbonate resin comprises a step of melt-polymerizing aromatic dihydroxy compound and carbonate diester mixture, extruding by adding a diphosphate-based phosphate-based compound into a melted polymer. The diphosphate-based phosphate-based compound has a structure in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R^1-R^20 is respectively hydrogen, C1-6 linear or branched alkyl, and n is 0.5-50, and B is respectively C1-12 alkyl group, and q is respectively 0,1 or 2, and X is a single bond, C=O, S, O, SO2, C(CH3)2, C1-5 alkylene, C2-5 alklidene, C5-6 cycloalkylidene, or C6-12 arylene.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
