PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of barium titanate nanotube-type powder is provided to segregate BaTiO3 nano-powder which can be used as a high efficiency piezoelectric material.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of barium titanate nanotube-type powder comprises the following steps: manufacturing TiOCl2 aqueous solution by using TiCl4; precipitating TiO(OH)2 by maintaining the TiOCl2 aqueous solution at 60-80 deg. Celsius; collecting TiO(OH)2 by filtering the TiOCl2 aqueous solution; manufacturing TiO2 powder by adding hydrochloric acid to the collected TiO(OH)2; and manufacturing nanotube type BaTiO3 powder by reacting the TiO(OH)2 with BaCl2 and distilled water. The concentration of the TiOCl2 aqueous solution is 0.6-0.8M. The TiO(OH)2 precipitation step is performed for 8-12 hours. In the TiO2 powder manufacturing step, the concentration of the hydrochloric acid is 0.4-0.6M. The reaction of the nano-tube type BaTiO3 manufacturing step is processed at 110-130 deg.
