摘要

The dependence of BaTiO3 powder morphologyevolution during decomposition of barium titanyl-oxalate andsubsequent barium titanate synthesis on heating rate is studied. Itis established that the mechanisms of morphology developmentdepend upon the heating mode and the necessity of a nonlinearheating schedule is proven. This schedule makes it possible toavoid some limitations of linear heating schedule and to use their advantages.
