PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of barium titanate powder, and the barium titanate powder manufactured therefrom are provided to improve the crystallinity of the barium titanate powder by adding an amino acid based compound and a carboxylate group containing compound.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of barium titanate powder using an oxalate process comprises the following steps: preparing a BaCl2 solution and a TiSl4 solution; adding the solution to a H2C2O4 solution to form first barium titanyl oxalate slurry; mixing the first barium titanyl oxalate slurry with an amino acid based compound, and a carboxylate group containing compound to form second barium titanyl oxalate slurry; wet-milling barium titanyl oxalate inside the second barium titanyl oxalate slurry; spray-drying third second barium titanyl oxalate slurry produced from the previous step, to obtain second barium titanyl oxalate containing powder; and heat processing the barium titanyl oxalate containing powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
